8 med. to lg. potatoes
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 sm. carton sm. curd cottage cheese
2 tsp. onion salt

Cook potatoes until tender then mash (add no milk). Add the sour cream, cottage cheese and onion salt. Pour 4 tablespoons melted butter over top. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
