BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. head broccoli, flowerets
1 sm. red onion
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. fried, crumbled bacon
1 head of cauliflower, cut up

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cut up broccoli flowerets and cauliflower in bowl; chop red onion and blend in; add grated cheese and crumbled bacon; then prepare dressing and stir in with wooden spoon. Chill and serve.
