BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 (16 or 18 oz.) bag frozen broccoli cuts
1 jar olives, green
2 med. tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise to taste
Salt
Pepper
1 med. bell pepper

Drain thawed broccoli in strainer and squeeze out water. Cut cauliflower into small pieces and place in large bowl. Add drained broccoli, olives, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add cheese which has been shredded; mix and add tomatoes. Chill and enjoy.
