CHOCOLATE ANGEL FOOD DESSERT 
2 pkg. chocolate chips
4 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
6 tbsp. water
Lg. angel food cake

Melt 2 packages chocolate chips and 6 tablespoons water in top of double boiler until creamy. Cool. Beat in 4 egg yolks. Set aside.

Beat 4 egg whites until stiff. Beat 2 cups whipping cream with 4 tablespoon sugar and 2 tablespoons vanilla. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture. Add whipping cream and 1 cup chopped nuts.
