CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE DESSERT 
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
3/4 c. butter
2 1/4 c. flour
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
Lg. tub Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding

Mix together nuts, butter, and flour. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

Next: Soften one package cream cheese. Add powdered sugar. Mix until creamy. Fold in 2/3 tub of Cool Whip into cream cheese mixture. Spread over baked crust.

Mix: 2 packages instant chocolate pudding as directed on package. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill. Serves 24.
