CHOCOLATE TWINKIE DESSERT 
4 packs Twinkies
2 c. chocolate chips
5 tbsp. water
6 eggs, separated
5 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cut twinkies in half the long way. Place cut side up in 9 x 13 inch pan. In saucepan over low heat melt the chocolate chips. Remove from heat and mix in water and sugar. Add the egg yolks one at a time to the chocolate mixture. Beat well after each one. Stir in the nuts. Cool. Beat the egg whites stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Cut so each serving has a twinkie.
