FRUIT BOAT 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon
1/2 c. whipped cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. peaches
2 c. blueberries
2 c. grapes
2 c. strawberries

Combine cheese and juice and rind. Blend. Beat cream, gradually add sugar-- fold in cheese mixture. Layer fruit in bowl, cover with cheese mix. Chill.
