STUFFED MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. milk

Stir bread and milk together. 1 egg yolk 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Dry mustard Sage Celery salt Garlic salt 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

CHEESE FILLING:

1 egg white, beaten
1 tbsp. water
2 slices soft bread, torn into pieces
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Put 1/2 of hamburger in bottom of dish, then put cheese filling, then cover with remaining hamburger. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
