MICROWAVE STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
2 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
2/3 c. milk + mushroom juice
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese
Ketchup

Mix all ingredients except cheese and ketchup. On waxed paper about 12" wide, press out meat mixture to about 1/2" thick.

Pile cheese down center of meat mixture. Roll meat loaf, lapping ends across cheese. Pinch ends to seal in cheese. Place in dish, seam side down (on rack if possible).

Coat top with ketchup. Cook for 14 minutes on high. Cover with waxed paper after 7 minutes and turn.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
