STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/4 lb. lean hamburger
1 can mixed vegetables
2 eggs
2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Lawry's meat loaf seasoning
Ketchup
Pepper and salt, if desired

The night before, dice bread and leave on counter overnight. Drain can of vegetables. Add beaten egg and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs. Mix well, set aside.

In large bowl, combine meat, egg, onion, meat seasoning, bread crumbs and 1/2 can celery soup; mix well.

In loaf pan, place half of meat mixture, then smooth over it the vegetable mix. Then add the rest of the meat mix. Pour ketchup over top to make a glaze. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes. A meal in one.
