1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 egg 2 slices bread, crumbled 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 black pepper 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 can cream of chicken mushroom soup 1/4 c. chopped green pepper Mix lightly beef, onion, egg, bread, garlic, pepper, and soy sauce. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer meat, cheese, and pepper. Cook 1 hour; top with soup last 15 minutes. Precook onions and pepper for 1 minute. Microwave. Handle meat as lightly as possible when mixing and forming try to seal in cheese. |
