CHICKEN TENDERS 
Chicken tenders
2-3 lemons
Fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
Cheddar cheese

Saute mushrooms in frying pan with butter plus juice of fresh lemon. Set aside cooked mushrooms. Leave juice in pan, add tenders and more butter or juice if needed. Over medium heat cook covered 1 side about "45 seconds"; sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs "small handful". Turn over, sprinkle more bread crumbs, more lemon juice, cover and cook other side. Turn stove off - sprinkle Cheddar cheese, cover again until cheese melts. Serve with white rice.
