TENDER CHICKEN DELUXE 
3 whole chicken breasts, diced
2 (6 oz.) cans mushroom pieces, drained, reserve juice
6 oz. pimento, chopped (optional)
1 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Combine first four ingredients. Stir flour into mayonnaise and add to chicken mixture. Combine milk with mushroom juice to make a total of 1 1/2 cups liquid. Add seasoning and mix with chicken. Empty into greased baking dish; cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over patty shells. Yield: 6 servings.
