CHICKEN DELUXE 
4 c. stuffing mix
3/4 c. melted butter
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can milk
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
3 c. cooked chicken breast, cut in pieces
2 tbsp. diced onion
1 small jar diced pimento
dash of salt and pepper

Mix stuffing and butter and press half of this mixture in bottom of a 3 quart baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and put over stuffing. Top with remaining dressing mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. May be made the night before and refrigerated until baking time.
