HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
3 c. sugar
1 can condensed milk
4 eggs
1/2 gallon milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipping cream

Mix sugar, condensed milk, whipping cream, and vanilla together. Separate eggs. Use small amount of milk mixture to beat into egg yolks. Add egg yolks into remaining milk mixture. Beat whole milk into the mixture and pour into freezer container. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add to freezer container. Freeze.

For chocolate: Add about 5 or 6 tablespoons cocoa.
