1 (2 lb.) chicken
1/2 bottle catsup
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1 onion
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. hot sauce

Cut chicken into serving pieces and place in pan lined with foil. Mix remaining ingredients and heat. Pour sauce over chicken. Fold foil over pan and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
