SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild sausage
1 lg. diced onion
7 oz. cooked macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cheddar cheese soup
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Brown first 3 ingredients together, drain. Add next 4 ingredients and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
