FRUIT PIZZA 
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pillsbury sugar cookies
1/2 c. Apricot preserves
2 tbsp. water
Assorted fruit

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the cookies into the freezer for an hour. Cut the cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices. Line a pizza pan with foil. Place the cookie slices on the foil slightly overlap the edges. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in the pan. Turn cooled cookies onto a serving plate, remove the foil carefully. Turn the cookie over carefully.

Mix softened Philadelphia cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Spread the cream cheese over the cooled cookies. Place the assorted fruit on top of the cream cheese.

Mix the preserves and water together. Spoon the mixture to top of the assorted fruit.
