CHEESECAKE SURPRISE 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries

Mix and press pretzels, butter and sugar in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes; cool. Cream together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Add Cool Whip and spread on cool crust. Mix Jello and water. Add strawberries. Pour over creamed mixture. Keep in refrigerator.
