ALMOND CHEESECAKE WITH BERRIES 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) can vanilla frosting (ready to spread)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. Cool Whip topping
Berries (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)

Stir crumbs, butter and sugar together in a bowl. Press crumbs onto bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Chill in refrigerator. Beat warm cheese, frosting and lemon juice in large bowl at medium speed until blended.

Fold in whipped topping. Pour over crust. Chill again. When firm, arrange berries with almonds on top. Use a little Cool Whip on top for decoration.
