BUTTERED CRUMB POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp. butter, melted (or more)
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs (more, if needed)
1 med. onion, cubed

Dip potato cubes into butter, then roll in bread crumbs. Put into baking dish in layers of potatoes, then a few onions. Put any remaining butter on top. Bake until done in microwave or in oven at 375 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
