2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. packaged seasoned bread crumbs
4 med.-size potatoes (1 1/4 lbs.), peeled
Melt butter in a small microwave safe bowl. Put crumbs on a plate. Dip potatoes in butter, then roll in crumbs to coat. Arrange potatoes around edge of a microwave-safe plate. Drizzle with remaining butter. Cover loosely with paper towel. Microwave on High 7 to 8 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn twice, until potatoes are almost tender. Uncover, let stand 3 minutes until potatoes are tender and crumbs crisp.
