GRANDMA'S PEACH COBBLER 
1/2 cup of butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
1 cup of self rising flour
1/2 tbs of brown sugar
1 cup of milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 cans of sliced peaches in heavy syrup (16 oz each)

1. Melt butter and pour into the bottom of a regular cake pan. Making sure that the better touches the whole surface.

2. Open both cans of peaches and pour into the buttered pan.

3. Add Flour, Sugar, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl, and mix thoroughly with a fork.

4. Once all of your dry ingredients are mixed, add in the Milk and Vanilla. Mix Thoroughly until smooth.

5. Poor mixture all over the peaches and butter, making sure to get it all around the pan.

6. Carefully put the pan into the oven, preheated to 375F. Making sure not to mix the mixture to much.

7. Bake until golden brown (about 20-25 minutes)

Serve hot, with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream, or by itself. ENJOY!

This is a great recipe, I usually sprinkle cinnamon over the peaches .. seems to give it an added flavor ..
