CHICKEN, CHEESE AND CHILI WITH
RICE
 
3 c. chicken breasts, cooked, boned and diced
2 c. cooked rice
1 pt. sour cream
1 sm. can green chilies
1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed Wheat Thins
1/2 c. French fried onions

Mix the rice, chicken, sour cream, chilies, and cheese in a large mixing bowl. Put in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the crushed Wheat Thins and onions. Press gently into casserole. Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
