CHICKEN LASAGNA 
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 lg. container cottage cheese
10 to 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 cans cream soup
1/2 onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can mushrooms
1 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Saute onion in butter. Add soup, milk and mushrooms; stir until boiling. In 9 x 13 inch pan layer: 1/2 noodles, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 soup mixture, 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers and bake at 350 degrees 1 hour. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
