CHICKEN LASAGNA 
12 oz. egg noodles
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
4 c. chicken broth
5 c. cubed, cooked chicken
3 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese, grated

Cook noodles, set aside. Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, salt, pepper, basil. Cook until smooth. Add broth, then chicken, set aside.

In another bowl, mix cottage cheese and egg. In 9x13 inch pan, layer 1/3 of chicken, half of noodles, half of cottage cheese mixture and half of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
