CHICKEN LASAGNA 
4 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 med. onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 can (6 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1 jar (2 oz.) pimientos, chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) lasange noodles
Parmesan cheese

Cook, drain and rinse lasagna. Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Stir in soup, milk, mushrooms, and pimiento.

In 9 x 13 casserole, layer the noodles, chicken, cottage cheese and cheddar cheese and sauce. Repeat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
