2 c. sugar
1 c. drained pineapple, crushed
2 eggs
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 scant c. flour

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add soda to pineapple. Mix in flour, pineapple and salt. Drop by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown.
