1 any 9 x 13 inch cake
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Make any cake mix put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Set aside. Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Spread this mixture on top of cake mix and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Mix package of pudding, milk and Cool Whip together and spread on top of cool cake.
