TATER TOT CASSEROLE WITH VEGETABLES | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 bag frozen tater tots 1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (10 oz.) can golden mushroom soup (undiluted) or cream of potato 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup (undiluted) 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional) a few drops of Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef in a frying pan, drain fat off then pour meat back into frying pan without heat. Sprinkle a few drops of Worcestershire sauce onto meat after draining and mix into meat. Combine soups together along with sliced mushrooms (if using), and pour into pan with the meat, mixing well. Pour meat and soup mixture into a 9x12-inch baking dish. Place green beans at one end of the meat and whole kernel corn at the other end. Place frozen tater tots on top of the meat and vegetables mixture in rows, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Bake at at 375°F for 45 minutes or until the the tater tots are golden brown. Serves 4 to 6. Submitted by: Nancy Kratzer |
