STRAWBERRY - PECAN BREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries with syrup
1 1/2 c. (or a little less) coarsely chopped pecans

Beat eggs. Add sugar and oil and mix well. Add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Beat well. Add berries and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes until tests done. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove and cool on wire rack. Wrap and store in refrigerator. Good served with cream cheese.
