PECAN APPLE CRISP 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. (uncooked) rolled oats
2/3 c. sliced pecans

Place 8 cups chopped cooking apples in greased 10 x 15 inch pan. Mix the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and cover apples. Cover with 1/2 cup water.

Mix butter, brown sugar, flour, salt, oats and pecans. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done and bubbly.
