CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3-4 lb. chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. chicken broth
Favorite Bread Dressing (stuffing) recipe
1/4 c. melted butter

Boil chicken 1 hour and save broth. Bone chicken and cut up into bite size pieces. Layer into a 2-3 quart size casserole. Mix chicken soup and milk; pour over chicken. Make your favorite bread dressing recipe then take broth and butter and mix into stuffing. Lay stuffing over chicken and soup. Bake for 1 hour uncovered at 350 degrees.
