CINNAMON SWIRL BRAN BREAD 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. bran cereal
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Combine eggs, milk, butter and vinegar. Stir in cereal and set aside. Combine flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to cereal mixture, stirring just until blended. Pour half the batter into greased loaf pan. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 3/4 of amount over batter in pan. Top with remaining batter. Cut through with knife to swirl. Top with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
