2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cream

In the top of a double boiler combine all ingredients but the cream. Cook until thick. Cool; then add the cream. Makes 1 pint.
