ZUCCHINI CARROT CAKE 
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. egg
1 1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. grated carrot
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini

Sift together dry ingredients.

In another bowl, beat egg, sugars, oil and vanilla. Stir in carrot and zucchini. Mix with dry ingredients. Add nuts.

Grease loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Cool and turn out.
