BAKED BEANS 
6 slices bacon
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 (31 oz.) can Van Camp's pork & beans
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Fry bacon until crisp; reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in pan. Crumble bacon, set aside. Saute onion in drippings until tender. Add bacon and remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened and heated through, stirring occasionally. 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
