STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine eggs, oil, strawberries, and pecans in a separate bowl. Make a hole in the dry ingredients and add the liquid mixture. Stir just until all ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into 2 well greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Freezes well.
