BAKED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced chicken or turkey breast, cooked
1 c. diced celery
1 c. raw rice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. melted butter
1 c. or more cornflake crumbs

Cook rice, then combine first 8 ingredients in casserole. Top with the crumbs. Bake at 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
