BAKED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
7 to 8 med. lg. potatoes
7 to 10 (depending on need) chicken breast/fillets
1 chopped onion
Green stuffed olives, sliced
1 chopped tomato
Garlic powder
Oregano
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese

Boil about 5 minutes potatoes. When cool enough to handle slice thin. In greased baking dish, place chicken breasts/fillets. Sprinkle with garlic and oregano. Then top with chopped onion, olives and tomato. Next place sliced potatoes to cover.

Repeat with another layer of chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, olives. Sprinkle again with garlic and oregano and sliced potatoes as desired. Now drizzle little more than 1/2 cup olive oil over the entire top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or so.
