EARL'S CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 16oz package fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 3oz package lemon Jello
1 3oz package orange Jello
1 20oz can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
2 navel oranges, chopped
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup celery, chopped
3 oranges for decoration

Coarsely chop cranberries in a food processor. In a plastic container, combine 1 1/2 cups of sugar with the cranberries and put it in the refrigerator over-night. Empty both the lemon and orange Jello into a large mixing bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups of hot water and stir till dissolved.

Add crushed pineapples with juice, chopped pecans, chopped oranges, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1 cup chopped celery.

Stir in cranberries and put the entire mixture in a decorative glass bowl. Thinly slice remaining oranges and line the interior of the glass bowl with the slices. Chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
