CRANBERRY CELEBRATION RELISH 
3 3 oz packages raspberry Jello
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 orange leave rind on and cut up
1 (12 oz) bag fresh cranberries
1 Gala apple (leave skin on and chop)
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped

Topping:

2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup Kraft mayo

Dissolve Jellos in boiling water mix and set a side. In a food processor, grind up cranberries, orange, and apple and put in a 13 x 9-inch glass dish. Mix in pineapple, jello, and walnuts. Cover and chill overnight.

For the topping mix the marshmallows,sour cream, and mayo all together. Cover and chill overnight. Mix well before serving with relish. : )
