1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 sm. can chocolate syrup
1 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Crumble cookies in large bowl. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over cookies. Press cookies firmly in bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan.

Spread ice cream evenly over cookies. Pour syrup over ice cream, spoon Cool Whip and spread evenly over syrup. Sprinkle nuts for topping. Chill in freezer until frozen.
