1 pkg. Oreos
1 stick butter
1 lg. cream cheese
2 sm. pkgs. French vanilla pudding
1 c. 10X sugar
1 med. Cool Whip

Crush Oreos in food processor, except 12 which you crush separately for topping later. Mix crushed Oreos with 1 stick melted butter and press into 9 x 13 inch dish.

Mix together in food processor or with Oreos, cream cheese and pudding. Pour into large bowl and fold in Cool Whip or use food processor if desired. Pour over cookie mixture and sprinkle with reserved crushed cookies. Refrigerate or freeze.
