1 pkg. Oreo cookies (48), crushed (save a few)
1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding, prepared
1 1/4 sticks butter, melted
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix crushed cookies and butter. Press into 9"x13" pan. Freeze. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1/2 the Cool Whip. Spread over cookies. Make pudding. Pour over cream cheese layer. Top with other 1/2 Cool Whip. Sprinkle with crushed cookies, nuts or chocolate chips. Freeze. Serve slightly thawed.
