OREO DELIGHT 
1 sm. bag Oreo cookies
1/2 gal. mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 stick butter
1 (16 oz.) jar fudge topping

Crush Oreo cookies and combine with melted butter. Pat into 13 x 9 inch pan that is sprayed with Pam. Slice ice cream thin and layer over Oreo crust. Spread fudge over this. Cover with Cool Whip. Crush a few Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top. Freeze and cut into squares to serve. (Approximately 8-10 servings per recipe.)
