BEEF STROGANOFF DELUXE | |
1 1/2 lb. boneless sirloin, cut into 1/8 inch strips 1 (2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. water 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. sour cream 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked Brown meat and mushrooms in butter in skillet on top of stove. Add onion mix, flour, milk, water, and mushroom soup; cover. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles. |
