EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. sirloin steak, sliced thin
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 stick of butter
3 tbsp. oil
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 lb. medium wide noodles
Salt and pepper to taste

Noodles can be prepared first. Fry beef with oil approximately 10 minutes. Remove beef. In same pan fry mushrooms with butter until golden brown, then add beef to pan.

Put sour cream in pan fold in quickly do not boil. Serve over noodles. Feeds four.
