1 box yellow cake mix
1 (4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1 (4 oz.) pkg. German chocolate, grated
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

With electric mixer, combine cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, sour cream, oil and water. Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix again. Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Spoon in batter and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
