1 box yellow cake mix
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
18 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1 (4 oz.) pkg. German chocolate, grated
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat with electric mixer, cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, oil, sour cream and water. Beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Grease and flour a tube pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tested done. Frost if you like, but is good plain.
